1. Refund Eligibility
At AIAssistant24, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with our AI ChatBot services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Your monthly subscription will continue to charge your meaning of payment untill your cancelation. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the billed on months service has been provided. If you decide to cancel your monthly subscription, the recurring payments will cease at the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for the current or previous subscription periods. Setup fee is non refundable.
3. Yearly Subscriptions
For yearly subscriptions or any longer subsription models, refunds are not applicable. Subscription should be extended 15 days before it expiration to avoid service distruption. You will be notified on time about expiration date. If your business fail to extend the subscription for any reason, we will try to get in touch with you with 2 notice. If we do not receive your feedback, after two notice, your subscription will be canceleld and chatbot will be blocked from showing on your website. Please whitelist our support email with your mailing provider to avoid any service disruption.
5. One-Time Installation Fee
The one-time installation fee is the service and work we provide and as a such it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. How to Request cancelation of your plan.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [support@aiassistant24.com]. Include your name, account details, and the reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days.
